Folding Wine Barrel Chair

I don’t think this necessarily looks the most comfortable, but I like look and the fact that it folds.
Reminiscent of a steamer deck chair, our folding barrel stave chair is made from salvaged 70-gallon oak wine barrels. When folded, the slats nest alongside one another, making the chair as flat as a comma. Individually numbered with the name of the winery branded under the seat. For those who don’t like to be alone, there’s also a bench variety.

So I was looking at interiors yesterday and saw this sunken kitchen. The kitchen is fine, but what really caught my eye was the way they made the bar counter low to the floor and put cushions at it. I’m not a fan of high stools and thought this was a really great alternative.

Chalkboard Magnetic Coasters

Introducing chalkboard coasters that you can store on your fridge (or any other magnetic surface). These coasters are made with a special UV coated vinyl that you can draw on with regular chalk and then wipe off with a damp cloth for their next use. The cool thing is the cork backs have a small, strong magnet embedded in them so you can store them on the refridgerator when you’re not using them. Each magnet is counter sunk so the back surface of the coaster remains flat.
